Ernst and Young, also known as EY, pays account managers an average of $87,000 annually and sales workers an average of $54,000 annually. The interesting thing about AT&T’s sales team is that they think the company’s financial parts, like pay and perks, are good, but they could be more enthusiastic about the company’s general mood and culture.

Cognizant Technology Solutions is in the same business as AT&T but pays even better. Cognizant is one of the companies on our list that pays its sales teams the most. It pays account managers an average of $118,000 annually and sales workers an average of $94,000 annually. Even though this is enough of a draw for many, it’s important to note that Cognizant’s DEI approach and benefits package aren’t very popular with workers.

On the other hand, sales staff make about $38,000 per year, so if you want to join Tata’s sales team, ensure you look in the right places.

We think others think Accenture is a great place for salespeople to work. Accenture has been named one of the “Best Places to Work” on many “Best Places to Work” lists in the past few years. It gets a lot of praise for its rules on DEI. But there are usually downsides, and in the case of Accenture, it’s the pay rate. Accenture is in the middle of the pack at best, with average pay for account managers of $78,000 per year and sales workers of $44,000 per year.

PricewaterhouseCoopers, or PwC, is often on “Best Places to Work” lists, and our headhunter sales pros couldn’t agree more. First of all, PwC has good pay rates. Account managers make an average of $99,000 annually, and sales workers make an average of $65,000 annually. PwC has good staff perks on top of its high pay rates.

Regarding pay, Amazon’s sales team is in the top middle of the pack. Account managers make about $88,000 a year on average.
